We are transitioning to online registration and payment for courses. We do still have the old registration form available below if necessary. The registration form is located at the tab below. If completing a registration form and not paying online, please read the following instructions before completing your form for the class/classes you would like to take.
Paper Registration Process
Please note that some classes have a non-refundable fee. This will hold your place in class and is applied to your class fee but will not be refunded if you should withdraw from the class.
If Class fees are due no later than the day of orientation if applicable. On these days staff will be available to accept payments at the location of the orientation otherwise fees should be mailed or dropped off at the location listed below.
We accept cash, check or credit card payments. Credit card payments are accepted online in our course market, there is a service fee of 2.9% and 30 cents/transaction. Please call Sandy at 262-303-4524 for specific information.

If you work for an employer or a department that will be paying for your training/class, please indicate that on your registration form and provide all the contact information to bill the fees appropriately. This information must be provided prior to the start of class or the student will be expected to pay for the class.
Lastly, please use the box at the bottom of the page to indicate any special requests when you register. For instance, if there are two sessions of a class please indicate your preference.
